2. We review and reply

The team reviews the idea and writes back if we need more detail.

3. We ship it — you get the reward

If we build the idea into the product, we credit you 3–6 months of a paid plan.

The reward applies when the idea actually ships. Duration (3 or 6 months) depends on the size of the change.
